These terms apply to all services including but not limited to the Wealth Astrology Blueprint report, DM Access via Instagram subscription, Reader subscription, and any other products or services offered.
2. Nature of Services
The services provided are for educational, informational, and personal growth purposes only. Astrology, human design, and numerology are tools for insight and self-reflection. They are not a substitute for professional advice.
I do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical, psychological, or emotional condition. I do not provide legal, financial, or medical advice. The guidance offered is based on my interpretation of your chart and my experience and should not be considered a substitute for professional consultation.
All readings, reports, and guidance are for entertainment and personal development purposes. No specific outcome is guaranteed from any service provided.
3. Client Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you take based on any guidance or insights provided. You acknowledge that you are using the services at your own risk and that you are fully responsible for your own choices.
Any actions you take based on the information provided are your own responsibility. I am not liable for any outcomes resulting from your decisions or actions.
4. Services Offered
Wealth Astrology Blueprint Report & Twin Flame Resonance Report
The reports I offer are a personalized, written report delivered as a PDF and delivered by email.
This is a one-time, non-recurring purchase. The report is for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
DM Access via Instagram
DM Access via Instagram is a monthly subscription that provides ongoing voice note and text support using astrology, human design, and numerology. You send your questions via Instagram DM and receive responses within 48 hours, often sooner.
This is not a full reading or comprehensive chart analysis. It is ongoing, bite-sized guidance for specific questions as they arise. If your questions require the depth of a full report, you will be referred to the appropriate report.
This service is delivered entirely through Instagram DM. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a working Instagram account and can receive messages.
Reader Subscription
The Reader subscription is a monthly subscription that provides access to paywalled blog posts. This does not include any personalized guidance or support.
5. No Live Consultations
I do not offer any live consultations. There are no scheduled calls, video sessions, or appointments. All guidance is delivered via voice note and text through Instagram DM or through written reports. This approach honors how I work best and allows me to provide thoughtful, considered responses to your questions.
6. Subscription and Billing
Subscription Terms
DM Access via Instagram and Reader subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. You authorize me to charge your payment method on each renewal date at the then-current rate.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the current cycle.
Price Changes
I reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Existing subscribers will receive at least thirty days notice before any price change takes effect on their account. Subscribers are grandfathered at their current rate for as long as they remain subscribed. If a subscriber cancels and later rejoins, they will do so at the then-current rate.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed through my third-party payment processor. I do not store your payment information on this site.
7. Refund Policy
Specialized Reports
Due to the personalized nature of the reports I offer, all sales are final. No refunds are issued once the report has been delivered.
Subscriptions
Subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle, but no refund will be provided for unused time.
8. Intellectual Property
All content provided through this website and services, including but not limited to reports, blog posts, voice notes, text responses, and any other materials, is my intellectual property and is for your personal use only.
You may not reproduce, share, distribute, republish, or resell any content without my written permission. This includes sharing reports or guidance with others, posting content on other websites, or using it for commercial purposes.
9. Client Conduct
You agree to treat me and any other clients or community members with respect. Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. I reserve the right to terminate a client’s subscription at any time for conduct that I deem inappropriate. Refunds in such cases are at my discretion.
10. Instagram Dependence
DM Access via Instagram is delivered entirely through Instagram DM. I am not responsible for any delays or disruptions caused by Instagram’s platform or policies. I am not liable if Instagram changes its messaging features, limits your account, or restricts your ability to receive or send messages.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have a working Instagram account and that you can receive messages. If you lose access to your account, you are responsible for notifying me so we can find an alternative method of communication.
11. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen years old or have expressed permission from a parent or guardian to subscribe to any of my services. By subscribing, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
12. Privacy
Your birth data and personal information are used solely for the purpose of creating your chart and delivering your report or guidance. I do not share your information with third parties except as required for payment processing. For more details, please refer to the Privacy Policy on this website.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or any other damages arising from your use of my services.
My total liability for any claim arising from my services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
All services are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. I do not warrant that the services will meet your expectations, that they will be error-free, or that they will produce specific outcomes.
You acknowledge that astrology, human design, and numerology are interpretative practices and that I am providing my best judgment based on my training and experience.
15. Modifications to Terms
I reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
