  • “RECURRING DREAM” – POEM BY PRINCE WRITTEN TO HIS TWIN SOUL

    I am certain that there is more written material by Prince about his experience as a twin soul that is stashed away in his vault. I recently came across a limited edition book by Prince, published through Opus. It contains a poem written by him, about us. The book was created to document his 21 Nights tour in London during late 2007 (at this time, I was in the process of moving to England for two years). His Planet Earth album was launched at this time, and his awareness of me had grown to a greater extent, as demonstrated in the song, Somewhere Here On Earth. Here, I will share lines from the poem with my interpretation of it.

    Recurring Dream
    by Prince

    The thought of us 2together was consuming 
    It soon became a recurring dream

    His awareness of our connection was growing. He saw us in is visions and dreams.

    Eye saw us giving things  2 one another
    that could only B understood by those who had seen
    U in ur true essence and me in mine

    The “essence” is the soul essence, where we embody in our beings the truth of who we are as souls. “Giving thing 2 each other” is describing the merging of twin souls. The exchange of energies. This process is only understood by those who know what the process is and who has ben a witness to it.

    while the whole world pays just 2 wait in line
    2 C us do what we waited 4 a lifetime
    Each other… 4 21 Nights

    What we waited for a lifetime was to be with each other, to undergo the soul merging process. It was in our soul contract to do this during  this lifetime. The “whole world” is referring to an audience that awaits. “21 Nights” is the name of his London tour. I knew that 21 was something symbolic for him, not a randomly chosen number. I asked what he meant by it; he referred me to Revelation 21 in the Bible, where the arrival of New Heaven and New Earth. It is interesting to note that card number 21  of the Tarot is The World, which also refers to this chapter in the Bible, after The Judgement has took place in Revelation 20. So you can see, what he is speaking of in this poem is of an epic soul connection that results in a greater impact on humanity.

    I have been using the Major Arcana tarot cards with Prince as another form of communication. If you saw the movie Under The Cherry Moon, there is a reference to tarot cards, so I find this mode of communication quire humorous to Say the least. Its very interesting to see him to close cards that visually depict what he wishes to convey to me. The cards can usually be interpreted as having  a storyline woven through. I asked him to chose three cards to depict this poem. So here are the three cards he chose; The Magician, Death, The Lovers. The Magician is in reference to himself. The card depicts a man holding up a wand (I found it funny to note that he often carried a fancy cane like a staff during his life). While the Death card could be interpreted as death itself, what this card conveys is a sudden shifts, purification, or transformation. The card depicted an armoured skeleton on a white horse in front of a person who waits. This could be interpreted as himself arriving to merge unite with me. The next card is The Lovers, which represents the two of us together. It depicts a man and woman holding hands in union, with God overlooking the two. Behind them is the Tree of Knowledge and the Tree of Life, which would refer to the origins tory of Adam and Eve. The card can be interpreted as our reunion with each other and return to our true essence.

    Update: I just realized that Prince passed on the 21st of April. Look at the synchronicity here, he wrote “4 21 Nights”. April (4) 21. And if you want to examine even more closely, the number, the tour took place in 2007, which is a 9 universal year in Numerology. 2016, 9 years after this tour, the year he passed, was also a 9 universal year. 9 is also Prince’s Life Path number.

  • PRINCE TAKES ME TO HIS OLD HOUSE IN TORONTO

    Whenever people say that they are still mourning Prince, I say that Prince is still here. He’s just invisible. He is still influencing matters. I have absolute trust that things will turn out the way he wishes in the end. The truth of everything will come out into the light. Court documents that hiding truth with be revealed. The true intentions of the people that were in his life will be shown. And the truth of who we are will be shown for the world to see. His legacy will live on the way he wishes despite the setbacks. He has shown me his ability to influence matters.

    Yesterday, I was running errands with my parents. We were going to be in Prince’s old Toronto neighbourhood. My dad is driving. I silently wished to Prince that we might get to drive by his old house. I just wanted to see it. And I kind of thought, well whatever if it doesn’t happen, no biggie. As we finished off the errand, driving along the main road to get to the next destination, I noticed a baby blue car pull up right next to us at the stop lights. It made me think of Prince’s own baby blue Bentley. I also remembered how two of my parents old cars from my childhood were light blue. I can’t stop staring at baby blue cars. I would call this a sign for what was about to happen. We suddenly drove into a smaller street where all the fancy houses are. I had this strange feeling, like we really were going to his old house. My mother says the name of the street out loud, and then I knew for sure that we were going there. I had seen on the map before that his house was situated on the curve of the road. We turned the corner and there it was. His old home with the beautiful gate door adorned with the sun motif. We drove by and I looked back in the distance. It was a brief moment; ephemeral, like seeing a unicorn. Somehow, Prince was able to influence my dad to drive to his old house, just as he was able to influence my friend’s husband to request Purple Rain at their wedding.

    Today, I pulled three tarot cards to answer questions to regards to the management of his estate and legacy. I pulled Strength, The High-Priestess, and The Magician. The message transmitted to me was that Prince is acting from where he is. He tells me to have faith and trust that things are happening according to divine will. My role as his twin soul on Earth is to act as the bridge between the material and spiritual worlds.

    I have said to Prince that I would help him in whatever way I can that is within my power to do so. I do not know his people. As his twin soul, I know what he would want. But I will not be the one to reach out to them, as it is difficult enough as is for anyone to believe me. So I leave everything in this regard to the grace of God to handle.

  • HOW I MET MY “STAR SISTER” – MIND BLOWING SYNCHRONICITY

    I’ve come to realize that in recent times, I’ve been getting to meet my “star family”. Last week, Prince said to me, referring to a friend of mine, “She is your star sister”. Now, we all know that Prince loves to use flowery language lie Shakespeare to make a point, but as it turns out, he literally meant it.

    In 2014, I met my friend, I’m going to call her Starla. I had joined an online internet marketing school and Starla answered one of my posts to the group forum. I had offered to do a practice coaching session intended for creatives. I got to know her a little bit through our sessions and I did her Numerology. Later she asked for help in selecting a stage name, and so I did. Little did I know back then, what a significance this would have.

    It was around my birthday and she offered to do a tarot reading for me as a thank you. We did, and I discovered what an amazing gift she has for mediumship. In the reading, she told me that I would be invited to an unusual wedding. I would meet a man much older than me, who would be very interested in Numerology, but who would not appear to be. He wold be very spiritual, but also had to travel a lot for work. From this information she gave me, I felt that this person would be a musician. (This was Prince, but we had no idea it would be a meeting in spirit)

    Not longer after that, I felt the need to change my name, or at lest to have a public name. I wanted to change my last name. I came up with Andrea Mai and used Numerology to help me decided. I felt a real resonance to the name, as it felt more feminine.

    So fast forward to 2016, when Prince has shown up in spirit and I am questioning my sanity. I go to the one person I felt had real mediumship skills, but didn’t know that much about me and what was happening with me. She was really more like an acquaintance.  I go to Starla and she channels Prince to me. Hear the remarkable reading here.

    Recently, I chatted with a friend about the Pleiades. He started asking more questions and I said I didn’t know much about it, just something about the Seven Sisters constellation. He came back to me telling me that there is a star called Maia, like Mai, in the Seven Sisters constellation. I was seriously astounded. I went to see for myself. I was in awe of such a discovery. Then I looked closer at the surrounding stars in the constellation and see that there is a star next to it that Starla has for a stage name. We had both, unconsciously chosen names from the stars, from which we felt we had come from. This is what Prince meant when he called us Star Sisters.

    And the crazy thing sis, we both lived in Brighton at one time. Back in my mid-twenties, everyday on my way to work, I would walk past an art school in Brighton that Starla attend. I never met her back then, but we were unknowingly crossing paths. And if this was’t enough to blow your socks off with this wild synchronicity; near Brighton is a place called Seven Sisters. I had never gone, but many friends would tell me about it, that they go their for hikes on weekends.

    It is in moments like these, that I realize that my life has been pre-destined and not totally in my control. Such bizarre details, you’d expect to come from a novel or a movie.

  • THE WAR AGAINST MEN – PRINCE “SOMETHING IN THE WATER” SONG INTERPRETATION

    Twin flames are the embodiment of true love. I think it’s why people are so obsessed with trying to find this mythical kind of love. Unfortunately, the majority of what people think is twin flame love isn’t what it is. Sometimes a person’s true desire for love is really just a means to feed themselves. Prince and I, we look at how relationships between people and we are so disappointed with how people treat each other. There’s no real love between people who use each other to exchange benefits. This is called conditional love. Whether it be a man using a woman for sex, or a woman using a man for money. Dating seems to be a strategic evaluation of each other to see if the other is materialistically worthy of their attention. What ever happened to getting to the desire to truly know a person’s soul? I’ve always noticed when men would approach me, it was always such a shallow interest, they didn’t care about me, as a person, to discover the core of my being.

    I want to show you this song, Something In The Water, it was released in 1982 on the 1999 album. If you take a close look at the lyrics, you will realize that this song is about the broken state of male-female relationships. As his twin, I’ve unconciously felt him all my life, what he went through in relationships. His heartbreak is my hear break, and vice versa.  The hurt, the heartbreak, the disappointment. By the time I was in my 20’s I already felt jaded by the prospect of marriage. My parents are still together; but I never aspired to marry, because I knew of the real likelihood of divorce in this day and age. When I was living on my own for the first time in my mid-twenties, I dated these guys and it was the same story. No commitment. I stupidly went out with these guys, falling in love and broken in the end, when they left without any decency to say why.

Do you feel the hurt and anger Prince expresses in these lyrics? Doesn’t it piss you off that he was treated this way? You should be pissed. It’s not only the famous that get treated this way. It is the way of the world right now.

     

    I will just interpret a couple lines for you, because the concept pretty much runs through out the entire song, and once you get the meaning of a few lines, you get the whole thing.

    Some people tell me I’ve got great legs
    Can’t figure out why you make me beg
    Does not compute
    Don’t not compute 
    You think you’re special, well so do I
    Why do special women make me cry?
    Does not compute 
    It don’t not compute 

    He is talking about the way women act a certain way when getting a man’s attention, they act kinda mean. They act with arrogance and entitlement, as if all men were unworthy of their attention. He values himself and thinks he’s a great guy, but he feels put down by the ways in which there women act. I would say that the way society acts towards men overall, is unkind and unfair. It is generally assumed that men are up to no good. There is assumed guilt before innocence. “Does not compute” is a way of saying it doesn’t make sense.

    ‘Cuz why else would a woman wanna treat a man so bad?

    “Something in the water they drink” is a way of saying that they “drink the Kool-Aid”, they take in the propaganda that society feeds them. He keeps running into the same behaviour by woman, and he can’t understand why they treat him this way.

    I’ve been an observer of human behaviour, and it was in my mid-twenties that I really started to examine how men and women differ in their behaviour. While there are inherent behaviours that are attributed to biological differences, there are some behaviours that I believe are programmed into society. It is not the true nature of men and women to act in the ways that they do now. If you understand social engineering, then you will know that the feminist movement is not about gender equality. It is about superseding the rights of men. Look at divorce and child custody laws, welfare and child benefits. Look at the overall general attitude that women take towards men. I remember when I dated an older guy, a girlfriend of mine suggested that I ought to milk him for buying me things, like fancy handbags and such (I was so utterly digested by such an idea). Look at the double-standards. Women expect men to share their money with them, but women don’t want to share theirs. Tell me, is this fair? Don’t you see, it’s not about equality. It’s about separating men and women, so that they work against each other, instead of working together. The kinds of attitudes that are cultivated by society, are what prevents men and women from getting along. Feminism has displaced the role of men. And now men are pretty sick of the way they are being treated. Now there is a movement called Men Going Their Own Way (MGTOW). I can’t say that I blame them.

    The divine truth is that men and women need each other. They are complements to each other. This was the way it was meant to be. If we can get our heads out of the material world, we can overcome these issues through spirituality and rediscover the divine feminine and the divine masculine.

  • WHERE IS THE REAL ART? PRINCE WARNED US OF THIS OVER A DECADE AGO

    I’ve talked about art and culture being in a state of spiritual warfare before. But today I want to address it from a social engineering point of view. Art, music and film used to be a way for people to talk to each other about social issues. It used to meaning something. It used to ask big questions and stimulate the mind. But now, the arts is merely for the sake of entertainment. This is really no accident when you consider that the gate keepers of these major cultural institutions have their own interests to protect. You see, politics and art are connected. Though they do not appear to be, they are. The ones up top know this. They know that art is a powerful means of communication. Why do you think that they tried to use certain celebrities to endorse a particular presidential candidate in the recent American election?

    Artists are powerful, and an artist who tells the truth is considered dangerous in this day and age. They are observers and philosophers. They are the ones to take the time to look at the world and see what’s going on. They don’t just talk about it, the make something out of it and influence others. And if they get into the big leagues, they see exactly what’s going on with what the social agenda is and how they are being used and manipulated to suit that agenda. Free speech as an artist, once you’ve “made it” becomes somewhat impossible. The bigger you become, the more cautious you have to be of what you say publicly. Takee a look at this interview of Prince and what the interviewer tries to extract from him. (Prince tells me that the press was always trying to bait him into saying something shady and that’s why he hated doing interviews).

    Looking back on Prince’s music, I find it funny to see the parental advisory notices on his albums. Though his music may have discussed sexuality, it was never degrading or demoralizing. If you look at the music landscape of today, it is promoting immoral behaviour. People want to say that the music they listen to or that the movies they watch, has nothing to do with the life that they lead. But does it not, really? These kinds of ideas permeating in your mind repeatedly will eventually lead you to accept an idea whether it is right or wrong. An idea is a seed that can be planted into your deeper subconscious by what you surround yourself with. Consider the story concept in the movie, Inception. Though this is a movie about an abstract subject, the main plot plotline is about planting an idea into the subconscious mind in the dream state so that the conscious mind can react accordingly. This is a form of mind control. The arts is one of the those ways to plant an idea. Though the idea may not be accepted at first, nonetheless, the seed is planted.

    As an artist in the visual field, I can tell you that the contemporary art landscape has changed. Art has either become about being a decorative commodity or something to confuse the mind. Art is really not that complicated as it is made out to be. Art that is powerful creates visceral reactions for the viewer. But create art that undermines the very idea of what art is, and then you are playing with objectivity until it no longer exists. Everything becomes acceptable because you stand for nothing. Now the public is confused, what art is, what isn’t art, now you can confuse them with what is moral and what is not. They are told that something is art because it sits in an art gallery and it has been accepted as so by the gate keepers. But really? Trash is still trash, and immoral is still immoral, no matter where you pt it. Take away your freedom to be discerning and “judge”, then they take away your ability to be objective and have free thought, because you’re not allowed to judge; for fear of being perceived as “judgemental” or “intolerant”, turning every politically incorrect thought into a hate crime.

    Music used to be a way for artists to voice their concerns about society. It didn’t mean that the music was negative, complaining or whining. But it was a rather dignified way to tell you that something isn’t right. The music industry is highly controlled. It is not really about creativity as one might believe it to be. It’s really about fitting into a certain agenda in keeping the mass conciousness under  control. You see the problems in society between the sexes? It is by no accident that it got this way. Pitting the sexes against each other is part of the plan to destroy the family unit. Because when you disassemble the family, you disarm the individual and it is every man and woman for him or herself. And now you have a population that is easier to control because they are in disarray.

    Take a look at this interview of what Prince had to say about the current state of music. Though this interview may be over ten years ago, what he says is more evident than ever. “It’s obvious that there’s an agenda against the disenfranchise and uneducated. Ultimately, to counter that, we’re going to have to talk to one another. One of the ways we used to do that was through our music.”

    Can we reverse social engineering? Yes, I do not believe it is hopeless. The mainstream media is losing its credibility day by day. But it takes everyone to wake up to the situation and to consciously work against the system. It takes having courage to say that something isn’t right, even when your opinion would be viewed as unpopular. Because sometimes, the truth is unpopular. It’s not fun and sexy, sugar-coated like the lies that are fed to the unsuspecting mind.
