The services provided are for educational, informational, and personal growth purposes only. Astrology, human design, and numerology are tools for insight and self-reflection. They are not a substitute for professional advice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical, psychological, or emotional condition. I do not provide legal, financial, or medical advice. The guidance offered is based on my interpretation of your chart and my experience and should not be considered a substitute for professional consultation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All readings, reports, and guidance are for entertainment and personal development purposes. No specific outcome is guaranteed from any service provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The reports I offer are a personalized, written report delivered as a PDF and delivered by email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This is a one-time, non-recurring purchase. The report is for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
DM Access via Instagram is a monthly subscription that provides ongoing voice note and text support using astrology, human design, and numerology. You send your questions via Instagram DM and receive responses within 48 hours, often sooner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This is not a full reading or comprehensive chart analysis. It is ongoing, bite-sized guidance for specific questions as they arise. If your questions require the depth of a full report, you will be referred to the appropriate report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This service is delivered entirely through Instagram DM. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a working Instagram account and can receive messages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Reader subscription is a monthly subscription that provides access to paywalled blog posts. This does not include any personalized guidance or support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I do not offer any live consultations. There are no scheduled calls, video sessions, or appointments. All guidance is delivered via voice note and text through Instagram DM or through written reports. This approach honors how I work best and allows me to provide thoughtful, considered responses to your questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
DM Access via Instagram and Reader subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. You authorize me to charge your payment method on each renewal date at the then-current rate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the current cycle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Existing subscribers will receive at least thirty days notice before any price change takes effect on their account. Subscribers are grandfathered at their current rate for as long as they remain subscribed. If a subscriber cancels and later rejoins, they will do so at the then-current rate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All payments are processed through my third-party payment processor. I do not store your payment information on this site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Due to the personalized nature of the reports I offer, all sales are final. No refunds are issued once the report has been delivered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle, but no refund will be provided for unused time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All content provided through this website and services, including but not limited to reports, blog posts, voice notes, text responses, and any other materials, is my intellectual property and is for your personal use only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You may not reproduce, share, distribute, republish, or resell any content without my written permission. This includes sharing reports or guidance with others, posting content on other websites, or using it for commercial purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You agree to treat me and any other clients or community members with respect. Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. I reserve the right to terminate a client’s subscription at any time for conduct that I deem inappropriate. Refunds in such cases are at my discretion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
DM Access via Instagram is delivered entirely through Instagram DM. I am not responsible for any delays or disruptions caused by Instagram’s platform or policies. I am not liable if Instagram changes its messaging features, limits your account, or restricts your ability to receive or send messages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is your responsibility to ensure you have a working Instagram account and that you can receive messages. If you lose access to your account, you are responsible for notifying me so we can find an alternative method of communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You must be at least eighteen years old or have expressed permission from a parent or guardian to subscribe to any of my services. By subscribing, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Your birth data and personal information are used solely for the purpose of creating your chart and delivering your report or guidance. I do not share your information with third parties except as required for payment processing. For more details, please refer to the Privacy Policy on this website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or any other damages arising from your use of my services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
My total liability for any claim arising from my services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All services are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. I do not warrant that the services will meet your expectations, that they will be error-free, or that they will produce specific outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
