SHIPPING

COVID-19 Update
We are continuing to operate and send out orders. Due to COVID-19 precautions, we are sending out packages on a limited bi-weekly basis in order to limit travel. This will be on MONDAYS and THURSDAYS. Canada Post is still running at this time, but the situation could change suddenly at any time without notice. Please be patient, as service may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstance. Thank you for your understanding.

All orders are shipped by Canada Post. Seller is not responsible for delayed deliveries caused by the shipping service. Sometimes shipping takes longer than expected. Standard shipping does not include tracking outside of Canada. If you would like tracking, please contacts us to arrange for upgraded shipping. Orders can only be shipped to the address provided during the check out process. Please double check your address before ordering.

Seller is not responsible for customs and duty for any orders.Please check with your country’s government on advice on rules for importing products.

Please note that national holidays can cause delay in delivery times.

PAYMENT

We accept payment by PayPal. Prices are in USD. We also accept payment by Ethereum (ETH), please contact us to place your order and arrange payment. 

Orders can only be cancelled by the Buyer, if the order has not yet shipped. Please contact us immediately.

Seller may choose to cancel the order if shipping costs paid are insufficient for the order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges. All products are sold as is.

Buyer accept s all responsibility for paying taxes, customs and duty charges, should any of these costs incur. There is no refund for uncollected packages.

In the unlikely event that there is a mistake on the part of the Seller, such as an incorrect product was sent to the Buyer, or the address is typed incorrectly by the Seller, the Seller will issue a refund for the incorrect product. Shipping will only be refunded if the entire order was incorrect.

In the unlikely event that a return is agreed upon, Buyer may return products to the Seller for a partial refund. Original shipping cost will be deducted. Buyers will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

For EU Buyers Only
As per EU law, Buyers from the European Union may contact the Seller within 14 days of receiving their order, to arrange for returns. Upon receipt of returned goods, a partial refund will be issued. Original shipping costs will be deducted. Buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

Products that are not in its original form and scaled packaging cannot be returned. Natural textile products have a natural odour and are not considered a defect.

All effort is made to accurately represent the colours in the product photos. Colours on different devices may vary. Products cannot be returned based on dissatisfaction with the colour.
